What you are buying

The paid GameWorth full report is a one-time digital product. It is generated after Creem confirms payment and delivered to the email address provided for the order.

When a refund is available

A refund can be requested when the full report was not generated or delivered within 24 hours, the same checkout was charged more than once, the delivered report is unreadable or technically broken because of a GameWorth error, or the report was sent to the wrong email because of a GameWorth delivery problem.

When a refund is usually not available

Because the paid report is a delivered digital analysis, refunds are usually not available after a readable report has been sent just because you disagree with the conclusion, decide not to build the game, expected a guaranteed forecast, or entered an email address you cannot access.

How to request a refund

Reply to the Creem payment receipt or use the support path shown with that receipt. Include the delivery email, payment reference, and a short description of what went wrong. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.

Approved refunds are handled through Creem. Taxes, currency conversion, and the timing of money returning to the original payment method depend on Creem and the payment network.

Manual review

The first version of GameWorth does not include automated refund handling inside the app. Refund requests are reviewed manually so failed delivery, duplicate charge, and report quality issues can be checked against the payment and email records.
